(2) 15oz cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
1-1/2 c. of vegetable broth
1 c. of chunky salsa
1 tsp. ground cumin
Sour cream
Thinly sliced green onion
Shredded Mexican blend cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put the beans, broth, salsa, and cumin in the blender, and blend them until they are fairly smooth
Pour it all in a pot and heat it on the stove until it’s heated through and through
Then put it in bowls, drop a few chips in each bowl, and top them off with sour cream, cheese, and green onion.

Makes 4 servings. It is easily doubled.
