1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 tbsp. garlic chopped

Dry:
2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 beef bullion cube
1 tbsp. Lipton Onion Soup dry mix
1 1/2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tbsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. butter
14 oz can crushed tomatoes
4 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in butter for 20 min with bay leaf.
Cook the meat separately.
Then add vetoes to the meat.
Add dry ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and tomato sauce….cook 5 more minutes-make sure flour is cooked!
Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
