3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Shortening
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes

1. Add Flour, shortening, baking powder, baking soda and salt together
2. Add eggs
3. Add vanilla, sugar, and milk to the mixture and stir well
4. Form into ball and place on floured board and roll dough out to about 1/4 in thick
5. Place on cookie sheet and bake
