3 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup instant grits
1 tsp kosher salt
1 5 oz container Boursin garlic cheese
1 stick margarine
2 eggs in a cup and add milk to fill to 1 cup and beat slightly

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to directions on package.
Pour into baking dish and add cheese, margarine, milk and eggs and stir.
Bake at 300º for 60 minutes.
