1 3oz lime jello
1 cup chopped pecans (may omit)
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 pint of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple juice and add water to make 3/4 cups liquid. Bring to a boil in a sauce pan. Add jello and stir till dissolve. Add marshmallows and cool. Add pineapple, cheese and nuts. Whip the whipping cream until it has soft peaks. Fold in the whipping cream to jello mixture. Mold in jello mold(s) and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
