Ingredients:  
1 package chicken breast 3- lbs. or
one whole chicken with one small onion and 2 stalks of celery

2 bay leaves
2 C cut up baby carrots
2 sticks celery- cut up small pieces
1 package Noodles
Swansons chicken broth- 2 C
Salt- 1 T
Pepper- 1 T

Directions:
Directions:
For whole chicken , place cut up onion and 2 celery sticks inside chicken and bake until done ( about 1 hour).Then cool and pick all meat from bones
For chicken breasts- bake until done ( about 45 minutes)
Cut up Chicken into bite size pieces.
Boil celery and carrots until soft
At same time- boil noodles until soft (according to package instructions)
In large pot, add noodles, cooked vegetables, chicken , salt, pepper and bay leaves to broth.
Boil for about 10 minutes and then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
Remove bay leaves and serve.
