Ingredients:  
1 large stock of celery cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion
1 cube of butter
2 teaspoons of garlic
1 lb of bacon cut up and cooked till crispy
7 lbs of potatoes cut into small pieces
2 cans of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 can cream corn (optional)
8 small cans of clams (chopped or minced) with juice
1 quart of ˝ and ˝
Pepper, salt and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams adding the juice into a large soup pot. Add potatoes and add chicken broth until potatoes are fully covered and begin cooking on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Sauté butter, bacon, onion and celery till soft and add too potatoes. Add all other ingredients and simmer on medium heat till it thickens.
