2 Large Heads of Cabbage - cut out the center core

2 Cups Cooked Rice

2 - 3.5 lb RAW Ground Beef (Babcia used mixture of Beef, Pork and Veal)

4 stalks Celery
3 Onions

2 Cans Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Have 2 large kettles of H2O boiling - Immerse Cabbage core side down and cover.

As outside leaves soften, remove them and cover and wait for the next section to do the same.

In the mean time cook rice.

Saute in margarine and small amount of H2O diced celery and onion until tender.

Mix Together
Rice, Raw Beef mixture, Celery and Onions add Tomato Soup to moisten

Cut hard vein from cabbage leaf. Put a Tablespoon or more of meat mixture, fold over the vein side, then sides then end of leaf place in the baking dish (which has H2O int he bottom, cover each with small amount of soup.

Cover with foil to keep moist

Bake 350º till cabbage is soft (about 2 hours)
