4 cups Dill pickles - sliced
4 cups Pickled onions
5 cups Cauliflower - chopped
5 tins Mushrooms - sliced
4 cups Green beans - chopped
4 cups Green peppers - chopped
4 cups Red peppers - chopped
5 cups Ripe black olives (5 16oz tins)
5 cups Tuna (5 8oz tins) - broken up
7 cups Ketchup (5 11oz bottles)
5 cups Stuffed green olives (5 16oz tins)
1 or 2 13oz tins Anchovies - seperated
3/4 cup Olive oil
3/4 cup Vinegar

Approx. 20 pints

Directions:
Boil cauliflower for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Boil green beans until tender. Set aside with pickled onions and dill pickles.

In a large pot fry sliced mushrooms in oil, add ketchup, add green adm rep peppers and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add vinegar and cook for 10 minutes.

Add in all vegetables and olives. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 12 minutes.

Put into sterilized pint sealers and steam for 15 minutes.
