2 oz butter
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 egg
½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 TBSP vanilla
1 and ¼ cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 and ¼ cups oatmeal
1 and ¼ cups raisins
1 and ¼ cups walnuts
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown and white sugars, Bailey’s Irish Cream, egg and vanilla.
Add flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal. Mix well. (I used the electric mixer).
Add raisins and nuts by hand. Drop cookies onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
