1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. olive oil
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp each chili powder and ground coriander
and 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, ground cinnamon and salt.
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Season 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts with the spice mixture
Cook until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet and roast until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
