1 large head of lettuce shredded
1/2 c celery, diced
1 c diced water chestnuts
1 box of frozen green peas, cooked
2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Topping
3 boiled eggs chopped
1 lb cooked crumbled bacon
Sliced cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place shredded lettuce in a large pyrex rectangle dish. Top with celery, water chestnuts and cooked peas. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan cheese, salt and garlic powder. Spread mixture on salad.

Topping
Chop boiled eggs and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and place tomatoes on top. Refrigerate
