3-4 lb ribs, cut into pieces
1 large onion
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Salt the ribs. Put into a shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.

2. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain excess fat from pan. Top each rib with a slice of onion and lemon.

3. Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, Tabasco and water and bring to a boil.

4. Pour over ribs, lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake to well done (about 1 1/2 hours). Baste every 15 minutes. If sauce is too thick, add cold water.
