1-2 lb pkg hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup green bell peppers
1-10 oz can cream of celery soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated

Day Before:

1. Mix potatoes, melted margarine, salt, pepper, oregano, celery, onions, green peppers and cheese together and put in fridge overnight.

Same Day:

2. Before baking, mix sour cream and soup together and once well blended, mix with potatoes altogether.

3. Put in a greased 13x9 pan and baked covered for 45 min at 350*. Uncover and bake for 30 min longer.
