Ingredients:
rice (long grain)
oil
Knorr caldo de pollo (chicken bouillon)
garlic powder
black pepper
tomato sauce
salt (to taste)

Directions:
To a pot add oil and rice, only a little oil because you are going to be browning and toasting the rice. Brown the rice in oil until rice is a light shade of brown. For every cup of rice you will be adding 2 cups of water. After rice is browned add your water, knorr caldo de pollo, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt (to taste). Also add small can of tomato sauce, stir together. When rice starts to boil, cover pot with lid and reduce heat to medium heat, until rice is soft. Do not stir rice at all unless it starts to stick, stir softly and reduce heat. Let water almost dry up and then turn off stove and leave rice covered with lid to let rice soak up the rest of the water. It turns out better and better the more you make it.
