1st Layer
1c Flour
1 stick margarine - melted
1c Pecans
Mix in long pyrex and bake until light brown and let cool

2nd Layer
8oz cream cheese
1c powdered sugar
1c cool whip
Mix these ingredients together and add as second layer on cake

3rd Layer
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
Beat until thick and add as 3rd layer

4th Layer
Spread remaining cool whip on top
Sprinkle with 1/2 c nuts
