Boil chicken on med-high with bay leaf and salt and pepper. When chicken is done (starts falling apart), remove chicken from broth. Strain remaining broth to remove floating fatty stuff. Pick off parts of chicken meat to use in noodles and add back to broth.

Add poultry seasoning, 2 beef boullion cubes, parsley flakes, seasoning salt, garlic powder and celery salt to a rolling boil.

Turn heat to medium. Begin adding a few noodles at a time to prevent sticking. After all noodles are added start slowly adding cornstarch/water mixture to desired thickness.
