2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 breasts of chicken, cooked & shredded
8oz of cream cheese
1 c zucchini, shredded in food processor
1 c carrots, shredded in food processor
1/4 c green onions, chopped
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c of milk

Directions:
Cook chicken and shred. Mix Chicken, cream cheese, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, green onions in a bowl. Lay out crescent rolls. Put one scoop of chicken mixture in center. Fold over edges to enclose chicken mixture. Roll chicken rollup in bread crumbs.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.

Sauce: Warm cream of chicken soup with 1/2c. of milk in sauce pan. Spoon over rollups once baked. Serve

This is a recipe my mom grew up eating. And now she makes it for us and my cousins enjoy it as one of their favorites. My Uncle Steve made these for my Aunt Becca when they were first dating. And now she makes it for her family. My cousins love to help make and eat these.
