4 Pork tenderloins, cut into small cubes
2 cooking onions, chopped
1 entire garlic, each clove chopped
2 eggs beaten, with a touch of milk
1 tub bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)
vegetable oil for frying
1 pkg wooden skewers

Directions:

Cube meat; marinate overnight with onion and garlic in refrigerator.

Heat oil in pan or deep fryer.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Push meat onto skewers.

Roll skewer in egg mixture, then bread crumbs. Make sure entire kabob is covered.

Brown in hot oil; place on paper towel to drain.

Bake in oven for 20 min.

Note: Delicious hot or cold!
