5 pounds catfish fillets
5 - 6 medium onions
3 lbs. butts meat
salt and pepper
Enough water to cover bottom of pot

Directions:
Directions:
Slice butts meat and cut into 1 inch pieces. Fry until crispy, drain grease. Add enough water to cover bottom of pot. Layer in order: butts meat, onions, catfish. Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium low heat until done.
