8-9-inch Crust:

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening
4-5 TBSP cold water

10-inch Crust:

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
6-7 TBSP cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water and mix well. Form into ball. Let stand several minutes. Roll out the size of your pie pan.
