1 cup flour (all-purpose)
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt

Mix well. Spread very thin on a hot frying pan. Cover with foil while making more
to keep warmed.
Serve with fruits or just maple syrup and whipped creme.

You can freeze these to, wrap in foil for future use.

Love making a blueberry sauce, or strawberry sauce to put into the crepes. No need to do anything if using fresh berries, but if using frozen, boil about 1 cup of berries. and add 1 - 2 tbsp sugar. To thicken, add a little flour to cold water. When blended will add to the heated berries. Should thicken. Or add some tapioca which thickens it nicely too.
Fresh fruit, banana's, strawberries, blueberries, or even brown sugar and whipped creme works well. Yummy!!!
