1 cup hot water
1 tsp sugar
sprinkle of salt
pkg yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Put hot water in bowl, add sugar and salt. Mix and sprinkle with yeast.
Let rise for 15 minutes.
Add olive oil, mix and then add flour. Work it without over working till blended.
Place on floured table, and roll into pizza size.

Top with sauce and cheese and other items you want.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. PiZZa time
