2 cups potatoes
1 large carrots
2 celery ribs
2 cups cooked ham
1 small onion
1 head broccoli
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes, carrots, celery, onions into pot and cook with water.
Slowly melt butter in frying pan, add flour . Then add milk stiring
well. Add cheese, salt and pepper.
After potatoes are cooked, drain. Then mix potatoes with ham into a
9 X 11 pan. Cover with cheese sauce. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
