1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing (Turkey or Chicken)
1 cup boiling water
4 boneless chicken breasts
2-3 cups broccoli , cut in small pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400º
Combine stuffing with water, let stand and cool.
When cool mix in broccoli.
Pound chicken breast to 1/4" thick between waxed paper.
Spread dressing into breasts and roll up. Place openings
down in 9 X 9 pan. Sprinkle with paprika and chez.
Bake 30 mins or so.
