2 Cups Sliced Onions
3 Eggs, Beaten
1/3 Cup Plus 2 Tsp Dried Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/8 Tsp Ground Red Pepper

Directions:

Bake at 400º 6 to 7 minutes, turn onions over and bake for additional 3-4 minutes

1. Steam onions in large skillet or wok, bring 1 inch of water to boil
2. Place steamer rack just above water
3. Separate onion slices into rings and place on the rack. Cover and steam until tender, usually 4-5 minutes
4. In medium bowl combine eggs, and onions
5. On wax paper, combine remaining ingredients.
6. Take egg-dipped onions and roll into dry mixture
7. Place onto grease cookie sheets and bake
