1.5 c (raw) long grained rice
2 cabbages
2 large onions chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
3 tbsp. paprika
0.5 tsp. crushed chillies
2 lb. beef
1 lb. pork
1 lrg. can tomato juice
1 can spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 2.75 c of water and 1 tsp. of salt until almost tender (5 min short of recommended cooking time). Drop the cabbages (or do one at a time) in a large pot of boiling water. Boil until the leaves are pliable enough to roll. Slice of the thick 'back stem' part of the leaves and set aside. Chop onions and green peppers and put in a very large bowl. Add eggs, beat slightly, and the add seasonings and mix.Add beef pork, and the cooled rice and mix well with hands. Roll up cabbage rolls and place in large roaster. Pour tomato juice and spaghetti sauce over cabbage rolls to almost cover them. Cover roaster. Bake in 325 º oven for 1.5 - 2 hours.
