1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup salad oil
5 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Beat in salad oil until smooth and fluffy. Add the rest of ingredients and blend until completely blended and smooth. Roll in a ball and drop into sugar. (Smash slightly with a fork.) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes. (Very soft sugar cookie)
