1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 can Cram of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish; Sprinkle rice in pan.
Pat dry chicken and place over rice. Heat soups and milk; pour over chicken; sprinkle with dry soup mix and cover with foil.
bake in a 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.

*side note: Can substitute chicken for pork chops, broil and trim fat first.
