1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar with butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and baking soda together and add to mixture. Chill and roll out a little at a time to 1/4" thick. cut with cookie cutter. Sprinkle with sugar Back at 375ºF for 5-6 minutes until dough is light brown
