2 lbs small Clementines or blood oranges
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground allspice
pinch of salt
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

Directions:
Directions:
peel 2 lbs small clementines pull each clementine apart in half. Cut each half crosswise into 1/2 inch slices; discard any seeds. Transfer to nice glass serving dish:cover and chill up to one day. To serve mix 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp ground allspice and pinch of salt in small bowl. Stir into clementines . Top with 1/3 fresh pomegranate seeds.
