1 Very Large Onion
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Pancake Mix
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Water
4 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
6 Cups Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice onions
2. Mix pancake mix and salt. Mix 1 cup water to form smooth batter
3. In another bowl mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
4. Take a slice of onion and coat in the dry flour.
5. Then dip the floured onion into the pancake mix.
6. Finish off by dipping the onion ring in the bread crumb mixture
7. Deep fry on 350º for about 2 minutes or golden brown
