1 tbsp quick yeast
3 tbsp sugar
4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in bread machine according to your machines directions. Take out of machine after first rising. Kneed. Make into 2 dz buns. Let rise. Bake 350º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

If you want cracked wheat buns use 1/2 cup cracked wheat & 3 1/2 cup flour.
