1 large can solid pack pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 box yellow pudding cake mix
1-1&1/2 c chopped walnuts
2 blocks butter

Frosting:
1 cream cheese 8oz
1c powdered sugar
3/4 c cool whip

Directions:

Heat oven to 350degrees
Line 9x13 inch pan with waxed paper
Mix all ingredients and pour into pan.

Crumble 1 box yellow pudding cake mix over top
Sprinkle 1-1&1/2 c chopped walnuts over top
Drizzle 2 blocks melted butter over top

Bake 50-60 minutes
Cool then invert and frost
Refrigerate overnight -best served chilled

This is grandma's specialty that has been handed down to us. I use any yellow cake mix and loved walnuts so I cover the whole pan with more. Also I use the whole container of the cool whip in the frosting.
