7 Med apple’s peeled (McIntosh)
1/2c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
˝ stick butter approx.
1 refrigerator pie crust
Topping:
˝ tsp cinamon
˝ c butter softened
˝ c brown sugar
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:

Pre-heat oven 400. Shape pie crust in pie pan pinch crust around top rim. Bake crust for 5 min. remove from oven. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Layer apples cinnamon sugar and dollops of butter repeat layers until apples are gone.
With mixer mix topping ingredients crumble on top of pie. Bake at 400 for 15 min. then reduce heat to 375 bake until apples are tender and topping is crisp. Approx. 45 min.
