Kale
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry kale. Remove all large stems from kale. Tear into smaller pieces and place in a bowl. Add about 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss to get oil on all sides of the kale. Place in a single layer on cookie sheet and top kale with seasonings of your choice. I just use salt. (If you have a spray bottle with oil in it , just place kale on a cookie sheet and spray the oil on). Bake at 350º for 10 minutes and check to see if chips are crispy. If not continue baking till crispy. Watch closely so chips don't burn. These will stay crispy fro several days.
