1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 (20 oz) cans pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and flour in a large bowl. Add 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice and then the cheese. Mix well. Stir in pineapple chunks.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers and pour butter on top. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375º oven for 25 minutes.
