1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 cups water
3/4 cup Heinz chili sauce(1 jar)
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 medium tomatoes(cut up or canned)
1 lb. cut-up (pre-cooked) polish sausage(can substitute shrimp)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute first 3 ingredients until golden brown. Stir in celery and onion. Continue sautéing until golden brown, stirring constantly. Stir in water and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes on low to medium heat. Add sausage and tomatoes. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes until rice is tender. Stir well before serving.
