2 c. 3 minute Old fashioned oats
1 c. butter softened
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. crispy rice cereal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. M&M's
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 C. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place softened butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Add baking soda, flour, and baking powder and mix well. Add 3-minute oats, rice cereal, coconut, M&M's and pecans (or stir-ins of your choice) and stir with a spoon until well blended. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. If desired add toppings such as candy corn as the cookies cool.
