1 c. oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 c. sifted flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. nuts or coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo, add sugar, cream until smooth. Drop in eggs and beat, then vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt and then oatmeal. Mix well. Shape into 2 or 3 rolls. Wrap well. Chill overnight. Slice. Bake 8-10 min @ 375º
