1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. peanut butter
1-1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 T. milk
1 T. vanilla
1 egg
1-3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at med speed until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls. 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in a criss cross pattern with fork. Bake 7-8 min. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cook 2 min. on baking sheet. Them remove to cool completely.
