3 T Butter
3 T. All purpose flour
1/2 T. Salt
1/4 T. Pepper
1 can (14.2 oz.) Chicken Broth
6 Pork chops
2 T Canola oil
6 C Potatoes - thinly sliced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
Paprika
minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add broth, bring to a boil. Stir until thick, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside. Ina large skillet brown pork chops in oil, sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
2. in a greased pan layer sliced potatoes and onion. Pour broth mixture over layers. Then place pork chops on top.
3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
4. Sprinkle with parsley if desried.
