2 ½ cups seasoned croutons

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2 lbs. sausage, 6 eggs

¾ t. dijon mustard

2 ½ c. milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put croutons on a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Place cheese on top of croutons. Fry sausage and drain. Sprinkle over cheese. Beat eggs, mustard and 2 ½ cups of milk. Pour over meat...cover...refrigerate overnight. Before baking in the morning, mix cream of mushroom soup and ½ c. milk and spread on top. Cook @ 300 for 1 ½ hours.
