2 lbs. - Ground Beef
1/2 Med. - Onion (chopped)
1/2 Med. - Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
6 to 8 Strips- Bacon (chopped)
3 Cups - Elbow Noodles
2 Cans(10.75 Oz)- Tomato Soup
(Add 1 can of Milk to Mix)

1 Bag(16 oz) Mixed Frozen Veggies
(Vegetable Blend w/Lima Beans)

Directions:

(1) Preheat oven to 350
(2) In large Skillet, cook Ground Beef, Onions, Peppers over medium heat until cooked through. Drain.
(3) Fry Bacon in separate skillet. Do Not Drain. Save Grease and add it all to the Hot Dish.
(4) Boil 3 Cups of Elbow Noodles for 8 min. only. Drain Noodles.
(5) Combine all ingredients into a larger Roaster & cook in Oven for 1 hour.
