Chicken wings
Aunt Jemima pancake mix
Milk
Onion powder
Pepper
Lawrys seasoning
Large zip lock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pancake mix in the bag (enough to coat chicken), put milk into deep bowl and add some chicken then put them in the bag. Shake it up and place on cookie sheet lined with foil ( sprayed with cooking spray). Once all chicken is on cookie sheet sprinkle pepper, onion powder and lawry's. Put into preheated oven at 350 degrees after 30 minutes turn over and sprinkle lawry's on chicken. Bake till done.
You can always deep fry chicken but you'll have to add all seasonings to pancake mix.
