Ingredients:  
• 6 eggs, well-beaten
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp horseradish
• 6 slices white breast, crusts removed and cubed
• 1 lb. breakfast sausage diced, cooked and drained (or diced ham or crumbled bacon)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• You can also add mushrooms, pepper, pimentos, onions, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside.
Butter (or Pam) 9"x13" baking dish.
Combine egg and milk mixture with bread cubes, sausage, etc.
Pour into baking dish, and top with shredded cheese.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
Bake at 350 deg. for 45-60 minutes (done when knife inserted in center comes out clean).

Serve with fresh fruit, muffins, bagels for a great brunch.
