Chicken pieces (try to buy small breasts and thighs)
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Add paprika to the flour.
Roll chicken pieces in the flour coating each piece well.

Heat oil in deep frying pan or electric frying pan.
If using electric pan set at 375.
Once oil is nice and hot, fry chicken pieces (in batches if cooking a lot of pieces).
Fry on each side until it is nice and brown; make sure chicken is cooked through to bone (about 15 minutes per side).
The oil needs to be very hot but don't let it burn.
Drain on paper towel.
