Ingredients:  
1 pound shrimp
1 cup half and half or milk
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup salad oil
1/3 cup olive oil

Sauce:
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP chopped parsley
1 TBSP chopped chives
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean and de-vein shrimp and soak in half and half for 10 minutes.
2. Drain and dredge in flour to coat.
3. Saute in oil over medium for 5 minutes. Do not turn shrimp.
4. Remove shrimp and place on baking pan.
5. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 5 minutes.

Sauce:
1. Beat egg yolk with wire whisk in a small saucepan.
2. Add 1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice and 1/2 stick butter. Stir constantly until butter is melted.
3. Add remaining butter (1/2 stick), 1 TBSP parsley, 1 TBSP chives adn 2 cloves minced garlic.
4. Stir until butter is melted.
5. Pour over cooked shrimp and serve immediately.
