5 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Make a batter by combining above ingredients. Heat greased skillet on medium-high heat. Cover bottom with a thin layer of batter. Don't brown! Don't overcook! Flip to other side and heat other side. Cover with syrup, jelly, or honey. Roll up and eat.
