11/2 cups flour
11/2 cubes butter (3/4 cup)
2/3 cups chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Cream Cheese Layer
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cool whip

Pudding Layer
2 packages instant chocolate fudge pudding (or any other flavor)
3 cups milk

Top Layer
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Chocolate curls or chopped nuts

Crust
Combine ingredients and cut together s for a pie crust until it resembles course meal ( this is best done in a food processor using the pulse to chop and mix, if not it can be done by hand with a pastry cutter).
Press well into a 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Cream Cheese layer
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add Cool whip until blended, be careful not to blend too long as the cool whip will melt.
Spread onto cooled crust.

Pudding layer
Mix pudding and milk. Spread onto cream cheese layer.

Top Layer
Spread cool whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate curls.
Refrigerate until serving.
